Caring for and Operating Your Roller Blinds
Roller blinds are a sleek, functional addition to your Ultra Living home, offering both privacy and style. With proper care and gentle use, your blinds will look great and function smoothly for years to come.
π§Ό Cleaning and General Maintenance
-
Dust regularly using a microfiber cloth or duster to prevent buildup
-
For deeper cleans, use a slightly damp cloth with mild detergent β avoid soaking the fabric
-
Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh scrubbing tools, as these can damage the fabric or backing
-
Vacuum gently with a soft brush attachment for lint or pet hair
π Operating Your Blinds
-
Always raise and lower slowly to avoid misalignment
-
Use the chain or wand gently β tugging too hard can strain the mechanism
-
When fully raised, ensure the blind rolls straight and doesnβt lean or twist
-
Avoid pulling at an angle, which can cause the blind to skew or jam
β οΈ Preventing Issues
-
Do not force the blind if it feels stuck β contact Client Care instead
-
Keep furniture and windows clear of the blinds to prevent creasing or bending
-
Ensure the area around the base is clear so the blind rolls down freely
π οΈ Noticed an Issue?
If you experience any of the following, please notify Client Care immediately:
-
The blind is difficult to raise or lower
-
The fabric is misaligned
-
The chain mechanism or spring is faulty

π It's important that any concerns are reported as soon as your blinds are installed β delays in reporting may limit the supplier's ability to repair the issue and could result in the need for a full replacement instead of a simple repair. Failure to notify us in a timely manner may affect warranty claims.
With the right care and attention, your roller blinds will stay looking fresh and working flawlessly! π
